1.b We collect and store only the personal information which appears in the Clubmate profile creation process’ which is also described in this Data Privacy Policy
1.c We reserve the right to amend this Data Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice, You are advised to check the Plaum’s Pit AC website and Clubmate online application.
2. Who Are We
2.a We are Plaum’s Pit Angling Club, We can be contacted using the details shown on our club website.
3. Type of information we collect and why.
3.a Personal information (Data) that we collect as part of the process to manage Memberships and payments Plaum’s Pit Angling Club will request, and manage the following information on members
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Profile Picture
- Payment Information
3.b This data is normally collected as part of the membership application/ renewal process, via the Clubmate online application.
3.c For Junior Members (under 13 yrs) of Plaum’s Pit Angling Club, a parent or guardian is required give consent to the club holding and processing their data.
4. Photos
4.1 Photos you upload to Clubmate (mandatory as part of registration) via the members portal are for the purposes of identification. This enables the Plaum’s Pit Angling Club Bailiffs to identify you as a Member and your entitlement to fish the Clubs waters.
4.2 If they wish to do so, Members may submit their own photos for inclusion onto Plaums Pit Angling Clubs website Gallery.
5. Bank Information
5.1 Plaum’s Pit Angling Club does not store any sensitive bank information of its Members or other person making a payment to the Club. They are all stored by and processed by the Clubmate payment system Clubmate Pay which is fully regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
6. Who controls the Data in the Club ?
6.1 Members of the Plaum’s Pit Angling Club Commitee Officers under controlled access rights as provided by the Clubmate online system and in accordance with the needs of their specific role’(s).
7. How we use Members Data.
7.1 Data is held solely to manage current & future membership / day ticket of Plaum’s Pit Angling Club, and also to contact miners via e-mail as needed e.g fishery e-mail notifications, renewal notices etc.
8. How Is Members Data Held ?
8.1 Member data is held by Clubmate and, as required by nominated members of Plaum’s Pit Angling Club Commitee digitally (on their personal computers, tablets, mobile phones).
8.2 All data held by Plaum’s Pit Angling Club Commitee is stored on password protected devices which are kept in normally secured dwellings.
8.3 Members Data is not stored on the Plaum’s Pit Angling Club website; but stored on Clubmate’s web-based infrastructure, in compliance with their own GDPR policy / procedures.
9. How long do we keep your information
9.1 We retain members information electronically within Clubmate for the duration of their membership and for as long afterwards as it is in Plaum’s Pit Angling Clubs legitimate interest to do so for for as long as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
